  • Heller's Kitchen Harissa
    Marinated Chicken

    • 24 oz. chicken breast sliced into strips.
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • 1 lemon zested and juiced
    • 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
    • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    • 1/4 tsp. fenugreek
    • 1/4 tsp. graham masala
    • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
    • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
    • Mix all ingredients with chicken strips and marinate over night.
    • Skewer chicken strips.
    • Grill over charcoal basting with Harissa until cooked through.
    • Serve with rice, flat bread and Harissa . Enjoy!!
         

  • Heller's Kitchen Harissa
    Garlic Roasted Shrimp

    Serves four

    • 25 , 16/20 shrimp, peeled ,deveined tail on.
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
    • 1/2 clove fresh garlic, minced
    • 1/5 tsp. graham masala
    • 2 leaves fresh basil, sliced
    • Marinate shrimp  in olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, graham masala and fresh basil.
    •  Skewer shrimp, season with salt and pepper and grill until done.
