    Smoked Beef Brisket Hash

    Ingredients

    • 8oz diced smoked beef brisket
    • 8oz diced cooked potato
    • 1 diced jalapeno
    • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
    • 1 ear sweet corn, shucked
    • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1tsp chili powder
    • 1/2tsp cumin
    • kosher salt to taste
    • 8 eggs, poached
    • Harissa
    Add the oil, brisket and vegetables to a large frying pan.Sautee until veggies begin to soften, add in potatoes and season with chili powder, cumin and salt. Poach your eggs. Serve poached eggs over the top of the hash and dress with Harissa. Enjoy!  

  • Harissa Papas Fritas
    Papas Fritas

    Ingredients

    • 4 medium size Ukon gold potatoes.
    • 2 quarts peanut oil.
    • Harissa

    Peel potatoes and cook in salted boiling water until a knife slides easily into the center of the potato.

    Drain the potatoes and cool.

    When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, break them into chunks.

    Pre heat fryer or a pot with peanut oil to 350 dg. F.

    Fry potatoes until brown and crispy.

    Serve with lots of Harrisa and garlic mayonnaise!

  • Heller's Kitchen Harissa
    Marinated Chicken

    • 24 oz. chicken breast sliced into strips.
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • 1 lemon zested and juiced
    • 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
    • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    • 1/4 tsp. fenugreek
    • 1/4 tsp. graham masala
    • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
    • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
    • Mix all ingredients with chicken strips and marinate over night.
    • Skewer chicken strips.
    • Grill over charcoal basting with Harissa until cooked through.
    • Serve with rice, flat bread and Harissa . Enjoy!!
         

  • Heller's Kitchen Harissa
    Garlic Roasted Shrimp

    Serves four

    • 25 , 16/20 shrimp, peeled ,deveined tail on.
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
    • 1/2 clove fresh garlic, minced
    • 1/5 tsp. graham masala
    • 2 leaves fresh basil, sliced
    • Marinate shrimp  in olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, graham masala and fresh basil.
    •  Skewer shrimp, season with salt and pepper and grill until done.
